pearl farmer Josh Humbert and so we can buy his beautiful pearls
direct (most Tahitian pearls go through an auction and several
dealers' hands before reaching a retailer)
Kamoka pearls have a great and
spreading reputation among pearl lovers. They are not only beautiful
pearls produced in a paradise location but Josh and his staff work
hard to culture the pearls in as sustainable a way as
possible
Because we buy direct we hold the full paperwork of the
export licences for all our Kamoka pearls. This proves their
provenance and that each pearl has been x-rayed by the Tahitian Pearl
Authority and is certified to have at least 2mm of nacre .
These are stunning near-perfectly round Kamoka grade A 8.8mm pearls
which are a strong silver grey colour with aqua overtone. The wires are
14ct gold.
